OWNED/MANAGED ROOMS

Here at Sensuous Chat you have the option of managing a room of your very own. What rights would this give you is as follows:

* mod rights (your room only)
  plus 1more mod of your choosing
* room name
- room design
* 20 pulldowns - of your choosing
* message board for your room

 The cost for this is listed below:

* 6 months - = $30.00
* 1 year ----- = $50.00

You do not need to purchase a membership in addtion to the costs above. No hidden costs with us. ~S~

SUB ROOMS

***** Sub rooms can also be purchased.The cost for this is $30.00 for a year. What you get with a sub room:*****
*1 mod
*10 pulldowns
*linked from an existing room on the userlist.

{sub-rooms are only an available addition to a room purchased on a yearly basis}

A reconnection fee of $10.00 is added if your room overlaps and has to be replaced back on the server due to non payment..
